@Joe if the forum thing is easy for you, that sounds like it’ll work well. We can post when we’ve received a book so you can keep tack of things if necessary, and maybe get editing help/ feedback on partially complete reviews from others so you don’t have to worry about all of our reviews until they’re fully edited.

Starr Shine?, IveJustSeenAFaceoOK, leave it with me. My preference is to set up a separate part of the forum just for book reviewers, but I have to work out how to do that (I still don’t fully trust the PM system here). I’ve got a few book offers to give out once we’re up and running.

Great, thanks cra. I’ll keep this thread open for anyone else to declare an interest. I’ve set up a private mini-forum for the reviewers, and have already paired a couple of books with people.

I could review books. Though I would be better at prose or fiction books

Joe, as you know I review books on my site (including LOADS of Beatles books)…I’d be interested, and also if you’d like, I’d offer the reviews I’ve already posted on my site. Let me know.

Well, we could do that or at least link back to them…what were you thinking? Something different? ( @Joe, you can DM or email me if you want to take this conversation offline).

It died since the reviews were unreliable.
I think this forum section could be converted to mature/more private discussion. I mentioned this in the sub-forum as well.
Right now there are 10 users with access not including the mods.

Looks like I won’t be able to give a negative review to Ian MacDonald’s Revolution In The Head or s positive review to Andy Babiuk’s The Beatles Gear.
If you're reading this, you are looking for something to do.
