Old relatives I haven’t seen in ages (without batting an eyelid, thinking I’m serious): why not trousers? It’s easier to breathe.
What is this weird dystopia I’ve made

Surely it’s easier to breathe in tights? Since they’re more elastic? Unless the trousers were too big…
I always hated tights, hardly the most breathable articles of clothing and impossible to do anything but sit uncomfortably at formal events and look pretty for your older relatives. With trousers at least they’re not necessarily tight, whereas tights are… tight.

Depends on the type of tights, my friend…..I have worn many a pair of tights to a formal event that were suffocating and itchy as hell…..

YKYAHBBW you’re so engrossed in browsing the forum (and eating breakfast) that you forget you have an entire cup of tea next to you.
Looks like I’ll be having lukewarm tea now!

Unless you have a really chilly room like mine and then your tea goes from hot to tepid to iced tea

Once I microwaved my lukewarm tea and then it tasted burnt and gross so I never microwaved it again….from there on out I just suck it up and drink cold tea…
I microwave my water to boil it though (please don’t hurt me) because my brother and I were the only ones in the house that drank tea and thus used the kettle, and when he moved out he took the kettle with him (the b*****d) and my parents don’t think it’s worth it to buy a new one

I’ve never microwaved my cup of tea as it would be sacrilege. I’d rather drink it cold as punishment for being so neglectful.

Oh c’mon it’ not that bad– I just microwave water in a separate cup to boil it and then I pour it over my tea bag that’s in a different cup! I don’t consider myself a heathen! The actual tea it’s is not put into the microwave– though I do have friends that fill the cup with water first, then put the tea bag, and then microwave the whole thing together which they say “heats it up and brews it at the same time,” which I recognize as downright diabolical!
