Umb… cow or lamb.. I'm not sure… but because of the mad cows it's not served anymore…
It's just disgusting to be honest. I mean, I like Mexican food.. but not disgusting Mexican food. The only disgusting think I have eaten is the worm of the mezcal. But I was… well … drunk….
