That’s breathtaking @Sea Belt. Thanks for posting.
@Beatlebug I was in the used record store and came upon a Windham Hill compilation album I’ve never seen before.
What immediately caught my attention was a George Winston version of Martha My Dear . {check out spoiler}
I can’t find a playlist but the other tracks are available, so here they are in bulk. I think You Won’t See Me is very well done. It kind of spaced me out and by the end I forgot what I was listening to.

The memory is still strong, but there was a time this song shook me to my core. And when I call, will you walk gently through my shadow?
It’s the ones who sing at night
It’s the ones who sing at night
The ones you dream of, the ones who walk away
With their capes pulled around them tight
Crying for the night
Cry for the nightbird tonight[Nightbird – Stevie Nicks]
I love that song and that album! This “live version” (I think only the vocals are live) is really cool, the way the vocal harmonies intertwine is really highlighted here:
And another highlight from that album for me is “Sable On Blond”.
(To stay on topic, I’m currently listening to one of Nemo’s Dreamscapes because I’m tired and ambient oldies is just the ticket. I’ve found myself listening to these videos – to relax and unwind, or to fall asleep to sometimes – quite a bit in the past few months.)

I like that version @Beatlebug. Very soulful. Is Lori her sister? Also that’s old musical bud Waddy Wachtel on guitar. I’ve seen him at least a dozen times accompanying James Taylor, Jackson Browne, Linda Ronstadt, Keith Richards, Warren Zevon, and I believe with Buckingham Nicks who started out in my area. I don’t remember him of course from way back then. Tell you the truth, I don’t remember Lindsey either. However, Stevie Nicks

Lori Nicks is apparently Stevie’s sister-in-law, so, I assume, her brother’s wife.
Earlier today I was listening to the duets that Stevie did with Tom Petty (what a duo! what a duo!)
my personal favorite being “I Will Run To You”, and then I got thinking about the wonderful Buckingham Nicks album, which is quite hard to find – I do wish Lindsey and Stevie would sort their collective nonsense just long enough to reissue it! I’m not asking for much thankfully this blessed soul has uploaded it to YouTube:

Nice, I remember in the early days of MTV how hot the Nicks-Petty video was. I was talking with my partner in crime from back in the 68-72 days and he reminded me that the band I’m remembering was called Fritz (not Buckingham Nicks). They opened for lots of bands around the Bay Area in that time period (kind of like Santana). Lindsey wasn’t the only guitarist in the band, so makes sense he didn’t completely stand-out like Stevie. I copied some pics in the spoiler.
On another subject, this is a picture of Stevie at George’s place in Hana, Maui helping write the words to Here Comes The Moon.

Nice, I remember in the early days of MTV how hot the Nicks-Petty video was.
Yeah, the “Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around” definitely did things to me, with my burgeoning Stevie crush, back in early 2022 and she and Tom have great on-screen chemistry too. It’s such a simple video but it really works, and they both really work it
On another subject, this is a picture of Stevie at George’s place in Hana, Maui helping write the words to Here Comes The Moon.
Wow, that’s so cool!
The Fritz pictures were really interesting too.

Eventually by Tame Impala on vinylI have range in my music taste.
I’m quite fond of “Let It Happen” and “Jeremy’s Storm” myself: the former is on my night driving playlist, and got me through a lot of math homework in early 2019 and the latter, my friend played on his radio program.
Anyway I’m currently listening to “I Can’t Breathe Anymore” by David Gilmour, getting ready for his birthday tomorrow.

Kaleidoscope’s three 67-69 albums were fabulous! Jimmy Page recalled them as his favourite band ever, due to the eclecticism – they had a base of blues and old-timey Americana string band music, on top of which they incorporated considerable non-western instruments, most particularly the oud, and non-western musical approach. Many of the bandmembers besides Lindley were multi instrumentalists. (The UK had their own Kaleidoscope during the same era, so they can be confused.)
