Is This It? – The Strokes

I think it's great you're going through a phase,

and I'm awfully glad it'll all be over in a couple

of days

At the time I was on about the title track, but that of course lead to me listening to the whole thing. a-hard-days-night-ringo-9

Hahaha, I know what you mean. I can't just listen to one song. I might start playing Last Nite or something, but then I'll think “…No, I have to listen to it the whole way through” and start the album from the start.

Probably the best album of the 2000's.

Dear can't you see? It's them it's not me…We're not enemies, we just disagree.

Their second album wasn't bad but I haven't seen if they've done anything recently, but they were my favorite band when I was probably 14 or 15.

Also if you guys dig the Strokes, you might want to check out this band called the Redwalls. They sound very Strokes-like, but with a bigger Beatles influence. Check this song out.

I’m listening to some song – not sure what it is called or who’s it by. All I know is that the host of the radio show I’m listening to went to school with my mom.

As if it matters how a man falls down.'

'When the fall's all that's left, it matters a great deal.

They've done 4 albums altogether, one was released earlier this year. I'm seeing them at Reading Festival in the summer; they're actually one of the main reasons I'm going!

I can hear the Main Stage from my house (to the extent of being able to tell what song is playing, at least). Hope you enjoy it.

I told her I didn’t

Wow, that's awesome. I'm from Milton Keynes, so we have one good venue, The Bowl, that they only use about once a year. (I'm seeing Foo Fighters there this weekend though. a-hard-days-night-john-1)

And thank you!
