^There were no Bowie songs on that playlist.
Currently listening to Living in the Material World so as to appreciate Klaus Voormann’s fine bass playing.

No but there is a song by Davy Jones and the Lower Third– which I think that’s what he’s referring to

“Live at Birdland” is pretty good, a solid Coltrane album and arguably one of his last remaining ventures in contemporary jazz before moving on to his wild, free-jazz. Highlights for me are “Afro-Blue”, “The Promise” and “Alabama”.
“Astral Weeks” is also pretty good, I like it quite a bit though I won’t say it is a personal favorite. Still though, very good album and I’m glad I gave it a shot. Highlights for me are “Astral Weeks”, “Sweet Thing”, “The Way Young Lovers Do” and “Madame George”.
I don’t think I need to explain “Band On The Run ” and the “White Album “.

Great picks!
Live at Birdland is a great one, though something of a misleading title – only the first three tracks were recorded live at Birdland, the last two were studio-made. My favourite has to be ‘Alabama’.

Yesterday , I started listening to the White Album 2018 Remix because of the fact that I have never really ~listened~ to it before, but I didn’t finish it so rn I’m just gonna start over and get through the whole thing

Dhani’s Quarantino Playlist is very excellent accompaniment for doing schoolwork on a rainy afternoon, 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been meaning to investigate Fiona Apple for a while, particularly since her latest album Fetch The Bolt Cutters received such critical praise, so today I’ve been working my way through her discography. So far I’ve covered Tidal and When The Pawn, both of which I enjoyed, particularly the opening track from the latter, ‘On the Bound’.

@Jules as well as @QuarryMan might be pleased to hear that I have finally gotten into a Radiohead mood today after probably a month at least of not listening to them (these are the seasons of emotion, you know, and like the wind, they rise and fall). Listening to A Moon Shaped Pool now.

Yes. (I sang it in my mind when I wrote it, with the appropriate Plantish hand gestures, but I suppose that didn’t translate )

I know those hand gestures. Like you’re slowly going to touch your face but don’t.

Kids See Ghosts – ‘4th Dimension’
Fun fact, this song, which samples Louis Prima’s 1936 Christmas song ‘What Will Santa Claus Say?’, gave Prima the record for the longest gap between hot 100 appearances (his last showing was 1961, and the song came out in 2018), almost forty years after his death.
