Love Removal Machine – The Cult
YES!! This song is amazing!
A former boss of mine, who is a huge fan of The Cult, convinced me to go see them at an intimate little venue called the Celebrity Theatre in Phoenix which seats about 2,200 people when the stage does not rotate (roughly 2,700 when it does).
It was one of the the loudest, sweatiest, beer-drinkingest concerts I've ever been to.
To this day, I still send him a card every Christmas.

That sounds like fun and a really good time.

Fiiiiiiiire – The Ohio Players, funky bass line.
There's a blast from my past – the same group that sang Love Rollercoaster. I was 11 when Fire was a hit and 12 for LR.
I remember the urban legends that surrounded LR. Wild stuff.

You're welcome Gink – and now you bring up Zappa. Another fond memory of my teens. I remember when a buddy of mine first played Joe's Garage for me. At first I was thinking WTF? Before I knew it, I had listened to the whole thing and wanted to hear it again. I was hooked.

I have heard the songs that meant something in my heart in the 90s LIVE. All of them in May. And all of them, in the voice of a Paul.
I can’t stop listening to these 4 songs in a row. :'(

Torn–Creed
I owe it all to my friend Ryan for showing me some songs by Creed.
