My Beatles playlist that I made. Ticket To Ride has just finished, Magical Mystery Tour is on next.
Just out of interest,if you made a Beatles playlist, which tracks would you choose as your first and closing tracks? I went with the title track of Sgt Pepper as an opener, with All You Need Is Love as my closer

I tend to use Twist And Shout as a closer – if not, it’ll be Money, Birthday , A Day In The Life or Let it Be.
Openers are harder. A Hard Day’s Night is a good one, sometimes I’ll do Eight Days A Week or I Want To Tell You .

In honour of my 2000th post, Fiddy suggested I play a song released in 2000 so here it is…
[Radiohead]
Good choice.
(I need to listen to that song, actually. But it’s Radiohead so I’m sure it’s good.
Congrats on 2000 posts, Q-Man!
It’s one of my favourites from Kid A, which is a fabulous album all round. Well, fabulous might not be the right word since the whole album is somewhat crazy, but it’s a very enjoyable track nonetheless.

BeatlebugI've been up on the mountain, and I've seen his wondrous grace,
I've sat there on the barstool and I've looked him in the face.
He seemed a little haggard, but it did not slow him down,
he was humming to the neon of the universal sound.

^Oh wait, I’ve heard Kid A so I’ve probably heard it, I just forgot about it
I’m a bad Radiohead fan, sorry
Anyway, I gotta go listen to Houses of the Holy (again) and finish it this time…

What kind of playlist is it?
Does it have a theme?

Listening to some more Julia Holter. One of the most intriguing artists of the 2010s.

Am: Revolver , because listening to I’m Only Sleeping on the aforementioned playlist made me crave the rest of the album.

That song has the name of two Beatles songs in the title. I’m intrigued.
