I’m currently listening to A Night At The Opera by Queen for the first time, and nothing you can say will convince me that Roger Taylor isn’t Paul McCartney ‘s long-lost twin brother separated at birth.

I really like Memory Almost Full , really nice pop album. Every single fashion season I’m disgusted when no designer uses Vintage Clothes, it’s perfect! Although I imagine Stella wouldn’t be too happy with her dad licencing music to other designers.

My White Album has still not arrived…….The request to review it from Amazon has though…..Which put my dander up……..Entered into an email battle with them which they called, ‘Reaching out to us’ ……So not listening to that yet.
I too think Memory Almost Full is a goody.
Listening to Clapton’s,(almost a Beatle himself) Xmas album. Bought it for myself but as I don’t play Christmas songs after Christmas thought I’d better get into it now. It’s not sweet. In places it’s mellow……but track by track I’m really getting into it. Track 3 uses ‘In the Bleak Mid Winter’ as a basis for a different tune on top and a powerful lyric……That track and about 3 others will make it onto my Christmas play-list next year.
Here’s how Eric takes the most recognisable Christmas standard and makes it work in a different way…..Love this too.
Videos great…..Enjoy.

There’s nothing quite as wonderful as blasting Hey Bulldog . I don’t think there’s a more interesting bass line in existence.

^My favourite Beatles song on odd Thursdays, and one of my very first. I would argue, however, that there are some basslines that would give Hey Bulldog ‘s a run for its money…
I’m still on Labyrinth, gonna get some Floyd going next with the soundtrack to Live At Pompeii
