Offline By pure serendipity (is there any other kind?) I discovered someone’s YouTube channel that has an insanely copious & diverse collection of classical music. Every time I hit my “End” key, more albums keep popping up; there must be hundreds there! This will be an endless source of discovery for me as I learn more about this genre.

Offline The new Rayland Baxter album, Wide Awake. He’s the son of pedal steel legend Bucky Baxter, who was in Dylan’s band from 1992 to 1999.
Love this album!
You could perceive some Lennonesque references in this song about gun violence, with its “You really wanna save the world, man / Well, I wanna save it too…” chorus and its “Bang bang bang” backing vocal.
Great song! Also love his animated videos.
