Silly Girl, believe it or not, the kazoo is what turned me on to post-Syd Floyd. My parents were never into Pink Floyd, so I had to buy their music myself. I went in sequence, and when I got to A Saucerful Of Secrets and heard Corporal Clegg I fell in love immediately.
I find it interesting how many people actually like that track. It’s a decent song but my ears still react negatively to the production.
Just listened to this and now the riff is earworming me.

All of my friend groups have a custom ringtone. My main circle has the Skins Season 1 theme which unfortunatly not many people my age recognise anymore so it just gets blank looks instead of the “aww Skins man great show” that it should get dammit.
My family and acquaintances have my generic Help ! ringtone which screams the sh*t out of anyone who isn’t expecting me to get a call but I love it because it’s so loud and catchy.
And all of my American friends have this tune, which I am currently listening to now:
I love it, America f**k ya! (Don’t love it so much when they ring me in lectures and I forget to turn the sound off, never have I scrambled so hard for my phone but I think an “America f**k ya” still got through, it got a few giggles from whomever heard it).

Offline I’m listening to John Pizzarelli, jazz guitarist and singer/songwriter. Specifically, I’m listening to John Pizzarelli Meets the Beatles, his attempt to arrange some Beatles songs in a swing/big band/jazz style. I also spent time with his recent “Midnight McCartney”, his covers of Paul McCartney ‘s solo songs.
