After an age trying to find outtakes from John’s ‘Rock ‘N’ Roll ‘ album sessions am listening to those, amongst other things.
Hearing a drunken unhappy John singing ‘Just Because ‘ is so sad. Initially its funny as its so deliberately bad but the longer it goes on the more unpleasant it becomes.

John’s ‘advert’ for Tobias’ Sportswear is freaking hilarious.

Once again, listening to this:[Queen – The Prophet’s Song]
Why am I always listening to this when I come across this thread?
It’s sort of like how I’m almost always listening to George Harrison when I come across this thread.

Great revising-a-past-book-analysis listening it is too. Or driving-somewhere listening. Or rocking-out listening. Or…

Here Comes The Sun – Isolated Vocals (maybe you could try accompanying the boys on this one Silly Girl )Well, since you suggested it…
I tried humming the guitar bits and I found that there wasn’t even enough time for the first four notes after ‘it’s all right’; I suspect that it was edited so that there wouldn’t be great long stretches of silence.
Hi @Beatlebug , I noticed that too but thought maybe I was imagining the wrong tempo. I saw another version of the isolated vocals that someone accompanied with their piano (a la George Winston). I’m going to check to see if it’s truly the isolated vocals for Here Comes The Sun . Speaking of the other George, look what Santa got me
