Dark Horse (song) – the George Parisol of The Beatles
Good song, terrible vocals. I do like it.

I think the vocals help the track. Best track on the whole album.

Total unexpected genius…
And, yes, I know it’s a fake, but…
Bob is known for his weird choices of covers!
If only this were real! Very well done though. Well have been more amusing if they had used a ’90s/00s style Bob vocal, rather than a damned good impersonation of 1964 Bob.

Not a fan of the title track (the fact that on the previous album he says ‘I was the dreamer, but now I’m only John’ ruins it for me) but the rest is great.

I was going to post this but then I saw you beat me to it. 🙂
I honestly like the way he does it better than the original. It’s such a bittersweet song. This might seem weird, but it could be my favorite of his works because I can feel his love for music in this song and almost like I can know what’s in his soul and that he’s singing to me. It’s impossible not to see how much soul he puts into this song. It’s not often you find arguably the tippity-toppest in the world being the protege and it can let the rest of us relate.
