I now have this great mental-image of mmm raving!
Coincidentally that video is also one of my favourite YT videos of all time, it’s just brilliant!

Some 90’s dance was good, by the end of the decade tho it had turned crap. I’d rather have eaten one of those glow sticks than went to a rave.
For some reason this was in my head earlier, released in 1992. Yip, music could be unlistenable s**t back then too.
Flippin’ heck. It got to number 2 in the UK. Folk must have stoned out of their minds.

I just made a playlist with summer tunes on Spotify. Or songs that feel summer-ish to me.
Currently it’s playing Sun Hits The Sky by Supergrass. This will be followed by Setting Sun by The Chemical Brothers, with a certain mr. Noel G. on vocals. I just noticed that most of the songs have titles with the words ”sun” and ”day” in them.

My YouTube playlist of Beatles non-album singles. Day Tripper just started.
(I should, technically, get Past Masters … but I’ve got a good reason for taking the easy way out. )

I just listened through the isolated backing track of All You Need Is Love (featuring one George Harrison on violin).
O MY EARS

I’ve been listening to the Ultimate Archive Collection release of ‘London Town ‘. Really comprehensive and in great sound quality. If only Paul and co had the desire to meet such a standard with the official archive series.

I just rooted out AppleScruffJunior’s introduction post (actually three intro posts) and in the third, she mentioned this song which I’m now listening to:
I am laughing my head off with George.
We’re such buddies, George and I.

Now a playlist of @Ahhh Girl’s Ode to Love (from the Make your own ode to love thread).
I think I will keep it.
EDIT: I just got to EDAW and my heart hit the ceiling. I confess, I shrieked in excitement when I heard the opening strains.
I knew it was coming, but… still.
Second Edit: ERRRRRRGGGGGH PAUL McCARTNEY OVERLOAD I NEED ME SOME BEATLES
or George…

That list does build you up to where you want to explode all over the place when EDAW comes on. Did you hear some Paul or Ringo that you hadn’t heard before?
