Threw some coin at my man Ceephax for this cute single! It’s oldskool acid played on hardcore old synths and consoles/pcs

4or5MagiciansI'm like Necko only I'm a bassist ukulele guitar synthesizer kazoo penguin and also everyone. Or is everyone me? Now I'm a confused bassist ukulele guitar synthesizer kazoo penguin everyone who is definitely not @Joe. This has been true for 2016 & 2017 but I may have to get more specific in the future.

Well i’ve found the album that i will be listening to if i ever decide to kill myself.
The good is that gone is the sinister “i’m going to come to your house, tie you up, skin you, sew it into a coat and then bury the rest of you head first in the back garden semi-alive” vocal from Bob’s cover of ‘Things We Said Today ‘ so hurrah. Bob’s voice suits the music here. The bad is its so damn depressing. A couple of bottles of wine, a handful of paracetamol, stick this on and off you go into the other world before its over after 36 of the most morbid minutes in music i’ve heard. No doubt fans of Bob will defend it but my god; nothing to lift the spirits, nothing to make thoughts of how good life can be, just lob a handful of pills in the mouth, down a bottle of red and this rotten depressing miserable existence will soon be over.
Maybe it gets kinder to living after a few resuscitations from A&E, can’t say i’m willing to risk it.

That’s some amazing stuff, especially the first track. I’m now trying to find the gear that Ceephax uses (specifically the consoles/pcs). I thought I heard a Commodore 64, but his wikipedia page only mentions the Amiga.
I’m a bit of a chiptune nerd…

A lot of Leonard Cohen makes me feel the same way.

This being one of my “potty on George Harrison ” days, I had “Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth)” in my head earlier, then I went and played some of this:
and now “Blow Away” is in my head. It’s so happy…
I am seriously becoming a Fiendish Thingy. Thanks in part to @AppleScruffJunior.

You are welcome!
A while back there was a shortage of Fiendish Thingies and a massive amount of Paulettes- I felt smothered but now the Harrifans are fighting back!
FOR NARNIA GEORGE!

FOR
NARNIAGEORGE!
Well, my dilemma is that I’m both a Paulette and a Fiendish Thingy. Or I should say, I was a Paulette, and am quickly becoming more and more a Fiendish Thingy. I feel like a slide guitar solo– it’s not a comfortable place to be.

If you dislike music rife with honesty, soul, feeling, heart, and blues down to your shoes, this is not for you. The rest of you…let this one melt into your ears.
