At this very moment, I’m listening to my ears ringing. But my playlist is about 50% Beatles and 50% other artists, including Ed Sheeran, Passenger, We Came As Strangers and Newton Faulkner.

A Hard Day’s Night . It’s a special anniversary– just one year ago today I got it.
“If I Fell ” right now, I think about 50% why I got it in the first place. (The other 50% was “And I Love Her ” )

@vonbontee Yep, False Priest, the R&B/funk album they did.
Anyway, I should get out of this thread, since I’m not listening to anything, unless the audio portion of an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation counts.
I'm Necko. I'm like Ringo except I wear necklaces.
I'm also ewe2 on weekends.

The John and Paul bootleg A Toot and a Snore in ’74.
Recorded on 28 March 1974, 41 years ago today, everyone is “worse for wear” on drugs (Stevie Wonder and Harry Nilsson are also there), but it’s historic as it’s the last time John and Paul were in the studio and making music together. The last of Lennon and McCartney.

Interesting listen in that its John and Paul in the same room however its mostly John who is miked up and he’s out of it and the musicianship from everyone is amateurish. I was pleased when it finished.

Stevie and Jessie Ed play just fine, but the whole performance is too lazy. I thought coke was supposed to be a stimulant?
Don’t think I ever heard that in full (or at all) before, thanks for that.

“All This Love” by Debarge, as it was playing on the radio today. And I just learned that José Feliciano played the gorgeous guitar solo.

My dad played Pink Floyd’s “Wish You Were Here” today, and now the title track is SIMH. (stuck in my head)

Wow, this was great!
Vids like this make me ever-more reluctant to describe myself as a guitar owner. (Forget “player”)
Listening to LVB’s “Hammerklavier” sonata now.

It’s my favourite Pink Floyd song. The rhythm really gets me.
And now the current earworm is “Shine On You Crazy Diamond”. What a title! It’s half the lyric right there.
