Blind Faith isn’t overrated, are they? One album doesn’t seem like enough to have them be overrated, unless you just mean Clapton.
And Rush are probably underrated by critics.
Either way, I like ’em all, so I’m happy!

I mentioned previously
Please Please Me — “Anna (Go To Him)” right now. I’ve been neglecting my Daily Record duties lately, so I’m going to do ’em all (except WTB, BFS, and LIB , which I don’t own yet) in chronological order today, if I can. I need a fix ’cause I’m goin’ down.PPM —AHDN —Help !–Rubber Soul —Revolver —SPLHCB –MMT–WA–Abbey Road
That’s Real Love !!!!
Unfortunately, I was unable to complete the list that day. So I’ve continued today. On Help ! right now (It’s Only Love ).
Gooooood stuff!

Not the one i heard (that was a radio performance on ‘Side By Side’ from June 1963 which isnt on youtube) but it will have to do.
Immediately after this on the radio show you hear The Beatles perform ‘Love Me Do ‘. Sadly i cant also include ‘Zub’, you have to hear it to believe it (it came 6 years before Yoko and the Plastic Ono Band).

Got the media player on shuffle while working. (Happy to be busy! Especially since the boss is away and I can safely post here from time to time.) Last several tracks:
“Damned For All Time/Blood Money” – Jesus Christ Superstar OST
“My World Is Empty Without You” – The Supremes
Piano Concerto #2, 1st movement – Beethoven
“I Can’t Give You Anything But Love” – Louis Armstrong
“That’s When I’ll Come Back For You” – Louis Armstrong again
Some piece of crap by The Michael Stanley Band that I skipped before it was half done
“Little Child “- THE BEATLES
“Keep On Knocking” – Death
“D-Trad, That’s What” – Cecil Taylor
Only a few of those suitable for a wedding party, sorry @trcanberra and @HongKongLady

I’m listening to mostly Elvis all the time. Occasionally I throw in some Paul McCartney , Yoko Ono, Ringo Starr , John Lennon , George Harrison or Beatles.
When I am in the car with my wife I play mostly indie rock, so that she doesn’t get bored with Elvis.
Some of what has been “recently played” on my non-Beatles/Elvis IPod:
Cocteau Twins
The Cure
Flying Saucer Attack
Sufjan Stevens
Beach House
Belong
Black Tambourine
Cat Power
The Clientele
The Church
Joy Division
Sisters of Mercy
Echo and the Bunnymen
Crescent
Darktown Strutters
Death in June
The Doors
Depeche Mode
God Is My Copilot
Glorious Din
Husker Du
Ida
The Innocence Mission
Laetitia Sadier
Lykke Li
Larry Tee and Princess Superstar
Pram
Rose Melberg
The Softies
Roy Orbison
Shelleyan Orphan
Slowdive
The Soft Moon
Stina Nordenstam
Tears for Fears
The Ting Tings
Ylvis
…and some country(ish):
Ernest Tubb
Lucinda Williams
The Carter Family
Johnny Cash
Sara and Maybelle Carter
Mickey Newbury
Townes Van Zandt
Nanci Griffith
Patsy Cline
Shelby Lynne

“Two Of Us ” is stuck in my head.
No, really, it’s not that bad. I’d just rather have “Ballad of Sir Frankie Crisp” right now.
Editing in favour of double-posting:
I gave Frankie another listen, then accidentally clicked on this, and I love it!!!

And it’s fab. I was just on “Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth)”, and George’s hoarsely lovely voice nearly made me cry. Now it’s “Ballad Of Sir Frankie Crisp (Let It Roll)”, and the colour of my life has just been enhanced by tenfold. Certain songs have that effect on me.
I’d take George’s solo work over the others’ any day.
