Listening to this for the first time:What do you think of it?
I should’ve listened to it earlier than I did because, as you can tell by my profile picture, I
quite likedcouldn’t stop listening to it.I enjoyed listening to it, but only a few songs really stood out on my first listen. It was a bit mellower than expected, and I’ll admit I was playing a video game while I listened, so that probably didn’t help. I’m going to listen to it again, since I have the next few days off school.
Now another classic album I haven’t heard – Fleetwood Mac’s Rumours.
After listening to the album a second time over this past weekend, I finally “got” it. Now I love Pet Sounds and listen to at least a song or two from it every day (at least I have the last three days.)
Also, I fell in love with Rumours, so I’ve been listening to that often.
If you're lonely (or not!), you can talk to me. .....Hey! Are you a new member on this fine forum and don't know where to go to introduce yourself?
Well, you can do it here! Dig it?

Just remember that home is where the heart is. Since you are most likely a member of the animal kingdom, your heart should be located inside you

I’m listening to the first of fourteen 5-6 hour playlists that I made that include everything by The Beatles and solo Beatles from 1958 to 1980 arranged in (mostly) chronological order. It’s the most obsessive thing I’ve ever done!
Actually, playlist 14 contains stuff released after 1980 (such as Love). But the idea was to include everything up to the point John died, so I could see the evolution of the band. I threw in a few bootlegs here and there, but mostly it’s just accepted canon + Anthology type stuff + solo albums.

Maybe you’ll be able to answer this question for us, @Expert Textpert.

Glad to hear you liked it, @Bulldog. It must help listening to it without battling it out at Final Destination at the same time.
I’ve heard rumors about Rumours; apparently it’s a really good album. I think it’s time I gave it a listen myself.

That doesn’t sound very fun, @IveJustSeenAFaceo. Hope you feel better. Your selection must make it a little more bearable though.

I’ve heard that the Beatles produced about 10 hours of music in total. I’m assuming that just refers to the core catalog without considering the Anthologies, BBC stuff etc.
Listening to Beethoven’s string quartet #9 (IT ROCKS!)
Paul: Yeah well… first of all, we’re bringing out a ‘Stamp Out Detroit’ campaign.

My hubby bought me Woodstock: The Director’s Cut. Even though our anniversary isn’t for two more days, he decided to give me the gift early. I’ve been wanting this for years, but the price was always high. Anyways…I’m watching The Who play. I’ve seen the cut version before. This is one of my favorite parts, along with Jefferson Airplane, and Jimi Hendrix.

I have that one on the shelf, been there a couple of years – so many shiny discs to catch up on.
