Creedence again. This time Bayou Country.
Also by them, I heard this album for the first time today and fell in love (in a spoiler so as not to further clutter the page.)
If you're lonely (or not!), you can talk to me. .....Hey! Are you a new member on this fine forum and don't know where to go to introduce yourself?
Well, you can do it here! Dig it?

Charly– The Prodigy. I had completely forgotten about this tune ’til it came up on shuffle on my phone. I like a bit of 90s rave/breakbeat from time to time.
That and it has some savage cover-art.

One of the reasons I left the site for a couple of months was because I was getting into other bands (and it’s true that I still am); I’d heard pretty much every Beatles song about a hundred times. I still love the music, of course, but I’ve got many other classic band interests (some more prominent than others). Floyd, Tame Impala, The Kinks, The Who, Led Zeppelin, Jefferson Airplane, Cream and The Jimi Hendrix Experience are probably what I’d consider as my main bands, but with one or two songs from other bands that I hope I can get more into (King Crimson, The Doors, Eagles, The Rolling Stones, Queen, Traffic, Camel, Bowie, Dylan and other related nouns).

The remarkable 11th Volume of Bob Dylan’s Bootleg Series: The Basement Tapes Complete.
It is quite rough in places, but songs long buried in distortion on the bootlegs now clear, and 30 recordings never bootlegged.
Ordered the day it was announced (despite the price), it’s everything I hoped for and more.
What was recorded in 1967 in The Red Room at Dylan’s house, and in the garage at Big Pink, may never have been intended to have been heard by us, the public, but among the greatest music recorded in that decade.
Beautiful and remarkable.

I really want to get that but the selling price is absolutely ridiculous – Dylan/Sony thinking that their chief market is baby boomers who have all the money in the world! End result being that they won’t get any of mine. Screw you, recording industry! I’ll find some other, cheaper source.
Paul: Yeah well… first of all, we’re bringing out a ‘Stamp Out Detroit’ campaign.
