I just loaded a bunch of Beatles songs into the jukebox at Applebee’s. I’m looking around to see if anyone is grooving.

How is the album? I used to worship Beck as a teen and 20-something (Sea Change got me through a break-up), but haven’t listened to anything from him since The Information.
Well, I’ve only heard it once. It’s not released yet, it’s just streaming for free on NPR’s website prior to release. It’s supposed to be a sequel or something to Sea Change. It sounds a lot like Sea Change.
Anyway, on topic, I’m listening to some rough mixes of some music I’ve been working on.

Then I should probably avoid it. I loved Sea Change, but that record isn’t a cheerful one. (Circumstances surrounding me at the time didn’t help, either.)
Just learned one of my all time favorite groups, Nickel Creek, have gotten back together. They released their first single, and I’m listening to that now.

Listening on random, and this Levellers track came on. I’d forgotten just how much of a Lennon vocal it had!
