I’m about to eat battered haggis. Never had a battered haggis before.
Poor haggis. And some people think its not a real animal as well.
I was just telling my friends that the other day, I don’t understand why the haggis isn’t treated as a proper living animal.
My Scottish cousins and I donate to a farm up in the Highlands every Christmas, where they raise free-range, organic haggis and I think it’s great that they get to spend a good time outdoors and enjoying themselves.
For anyone who hasn’t seen a haggis before, this is what they look like.

Looks amazingly like a snipe.
To the fountain of perpetual mirth, let it roll for all its worth. And all the children boogie.

Its down to the myth that they are a myth and dont exist. Helps with their safety tho as no one comes to try and hunt and kill them. Haggii (the plural of haggis) can roam in comfort until their destiny is fulfilled. There are some farms but also many haggii are allowed to roam the Scottish countryside freely.
