Emus have less calories but more toes – maybe the ostrich needs the extra energy to run faster.
Sorry, @Ron Nasty I couldn’t try the emu steak – there was none in store. I would have to visit the ‘game’ store at the local town center to find some; but then I’d cry at all the cute critters they have butchered and placed on sale. I’m not a vegetarian, but some meats just don’t seem right to me.
