Also a nice sweet potato.

I tried out cooking sweet potatoes in the slowcooker, and it’s really nice. Much creamier than putting them in an oven.

I’ll have to try that. I love sweet potatoes, especially at this time of year for some reason. Topped with some mashed avocado, lots of black pepper and veggies. I always have a hard time telling myself that I haven’t been overindulgent as it just tastes so nice.

Just cooked a nice bolognese penne pasta with tossed salad on the side. My son really enjoyed it, which is always nice to see.

It turned out nice! Next time I’ll skip the Italian seasoning, but otherwise, it’s delicious.

I joined a friend I haven’t seen since the Fest for Beatle Fans in Little Tokyo for the best bowl of ramen noodle soup I’ve ever had.

Then I went to the bakery to pick up a couple of those maple bacon donut holes. :-)

I have no idea. We had some Chinese students over last night and they cooked 6 dishes, I don’t know what many of them were – we had some prawns, pork, egg soup – but it was all very tasty and authentic as they have only been in the country for a couple of weeks.

Got a coupon from Corner Bakery and tried out their spicy Asian pork sandwich.

They also gave me a coupon for my birthday coming up, and I got a baby bundt cake, which I used for a photo lighting test. :-D

I think I’ve posted “eating an apple” three dozen times in this thread.

Unfortunately, I still see my own doctor(s) four times a year. He’s/she’s no Doctor Robert , unfortunately.
