Mixed fruit (2 types of melons, blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, and pineapple) and vanilla yoghurt (with granola).

…and a sugar free energy drink (’cause breakfast was getting too healthy).

^ wish I could bring myself to eat that healthily. I have a lot of junky snacks all the time but I have a crazy metabolism and I run a lot so  it’s not really an issue so far. I’ll look at the serving size and see that is says “three cookies”, and I end up eating ten anyway. I cannot go skipping a meal either or I get run down.

There’s nothing like having some late-night vanilla bean Häagen-Dazs ice cream and listening to the White Album .

Last cup of tea before bed.

No matter how late it is (though I suppose it’s not actually that late tonight), or how tired I am, I always have to have that last one. Old habits die hard.

Lasagna tv dinner…its about all I feel like making, don’t judge me. Today I helped make chicken fajitas from scratch at work. I help special needs adults with different task and today was a cooking day (on top of other tasks). Its worth it though.

Just cooking up some breakfast for dinner!  Hash browns, eggs, (vegetarian) bacon, toast, and fruit!  a-hard-days-night-john-6

Don’t know why we’d judge you :) It was thursday, and I can’t be bothered doing anything that’ll take too much time one I get there.

I’m eating an orange, and getting into a bit of a mess (it’s very juicy).

I had frozen chips, frozen chicken and baked beans (all cooked of course) for my tea on Wednesday night and it was delicious. I don’t do it very often, first time in a long while, but sometimes when you don’t feel like cooking its great to have something incredibly simple without the hassle of peeling, preparing etc.

Homemade Lemon Drizzled Cake – it was meant to have that frosty glaze but i read the recipe wrong and put too little sugar in. Still its a cake, tastes of lemon and is edible so fine by me. Served with a cup of Tetley Tea (i’m hoping one of their managers will read these posts and send me a few crates of the stuff).heart

I’m more of a PG drinker, but I’ll accept some crates too if there’s anybody reading this :)

Ahhh Girl whimpers as she pulls out the bag of boring Cool Ranch Doritos.

Hey, Cool Ranch Doritos are awesome. Use them in a taco salad with yellow cheese and taco sauce, it’s to die for. (With all those calories, probably quite literally…)

Well, I’m finally trying this concoction. Good stuff, wetsroosa. I forgot to get sour cream at the store today, but the Cool Ranch Doritos make that o.k.

Thanks for the recipe. I do have lettuce and tomato on it. I made it with veggie crumbles instead of ground beef. I hope that’s o.k.

We just had lasagna for dinner… with the six of us in our house, there’s never any left over. brian-epstein

Are you cooking that first? People do have funny, strange tastes in food.
