Offline Holey’s adventure in scrambled eggs, part II.
2 eggs, with a handful of chopped olives (and some of the juice they came in), and some crumbled feta (with some brine that it came in), and a dash of milk.
Placed on two pieces of sourdough with a side of smoked salmon (and of course, a cup of tea)….

Offline I’ve actually reduced my eating and began fasting the past week and a bit, also going for bike rides after work and not just the weekend. I’m feeling good actually. I’m going to keep going. I’m not fat by any means at 6’1, but I feel like doing this to see the results. I’ve been focused so far. Wish me luck.

Offline I figured out the secret to eating well for me is just to buy healthy foods that I can snack on so that when I’m hungry my options will be entirely fruit, or something. To that end I’m eating a satsuma right now.
I've been up on the mountain, and I've seen his wondrous grace,
I've sat there on the barstool and I've looked him in the face.
He seemed a little haggard, but it did not slow him down,
he was humming to the neon of the universal sound.

It is another name for a tangerine, as are clementine and mandarin. A tangerine is a small seedless citrus fruit similar in appearance and taste to an orange. Often found in the bottom of Christmas stockings.

Offline Went into the chippy for three pieces of Southern Fried chicken and chips just before they shut.
Got five pieces of chicken, two saveloys, three sausages, a battered sausage, a spring roll, two pieces of cod and chips. Same price. Always good to visit just before they shut.

Offline Currently eating the “homemade”* peach greek yogurt that I neglected at lunch because I was too busy chattering off the handle with my pals to finish what I packed. (It is 10:00 pm where I’m at. Don’t know if that’s appropriate yogurt-eating time but it’s fine because I’m starving.)
*”homemade”= I took plain greek yogurt, blended peach slices, then mixed the two together
