Ooooh! Chorizo!! We are having that on Christmas morning. Chorizo fried with potatoes and eggs wrapped in flour tortillas with sour cream and salsa on the side. We will be washing that down with mimosas. Can’t wait!! a-hard-days-night-paul-7

Isn’t that a chorizo sandwich? Chorizo is delicious on pizza.

YASS! I’m having a Hershey Kiss or two right now in fact. LOL!!

They are delicious, especially the hazelnut ones. Not had them in years.

I have fishcakes in the oven and will have them with chips. It’s late but they need eaten or they go in the bin.

The German way man, the Germans are a gift to the world in terms of food, literature and motor vehicles…..mid 1930’s to mid 1940’s was a tumultuous period to say the least but I think they’ve gotten themselves back on track.

Also if you are so lucky as to have a Lidl next to you, I got them from there. Aldi probably also stock them.

It sure is. Quite easy to prepare as well.

For every pound of ground chorizo, you will need two potatoes and 4 eggs. Dice the potatoes and fry them in the same pan as the chorizo. Most recipes tell you to fry them separately. Idiots. Anyway, once the potatoes are tender, the chorizo is now cooked through. At that point, scramble the eggs and pour them into the same pan and mix it all together until the eggs are firm. Yum.

To the fountain of perpetual mirth, let it roll for all its worth. And all the children boogie.

…and Lebkuchen. a-hard-days-night-john-1

It turns out there’s store somewhat close to here that sells them, so I bought some! They’re so delightful they put chocolate chip cookies to shame. a-hard-days-night-george-9heart

Is it part of their breakfast? I once had an Egg McMuffin from McDonalds, which was revolting, which for some reason came with a hash brown, which was disgusting. Somehow the hash brown was soft and soggy.

I had a voucher which meant it was free, the breakfast.
