To recap and update (again x3) – so far we have:

Mr. Kite is in charge of commercial opportunities and PR
Annadog40 is providing the security
Linde is going to do a wonderful job of decorating and Mr. Kite will, as part of his PR role, keep track of the guests on his world-famous clipboard.
And Joe will give the blushing bride away!!
Zig is writing the wedding song and providing percussion with the song to be performed by parlance who will also perform the ceremony (legal in at least 2 states of the continental USA)
vonbontee AND Von Bontee as the DJs
AppleScruffJunior is looking after the catering
And of course trcanberra and HongKongLady need to be in there somewhere, assuming HKL can spare time from her newly busy schedule (with trc doubling as personal assistant to manage her busy schedule) 🙂
All of the BB members are invited. The venue is Somewhere Out There Across The Universe towards the middle of 2016.
Have I forgotten anyone? More updates to follow as they come in – if this thread isn’t locked in the meantime 🙂

The hiding part was meant to be tongue-in-cheek.
It’s not a hoax.
We are really planning to get married. HKL has an engagement ring.
I don’t want to go over old ground too much but Joe decided to cut back on the off-topic conversations and requested that some threads be left to die a death, which HKL and I were fine with. We are trying to make this one as inclusive and non drivelous as possible – so hopefully it will be okay.

Offline Seeing as most of the main jobs are taken care of I’d just like to put a word in for myself as your self-certified profession can-to-car bumper stringer. If your wanting one of those. If not I could do something else or just be a wonderful spectator of the grand event.
I could be the shoe shiner, too. I’m good at that. Or if y’all want some pyrotechnics I could do that.
I could be photographer as well. I enjoy taking a good photo and I’ve got a semi-nice camera. All suggestions here, do with it what you will. I’m happy to help wherever. And congrats you two!!!
