Turn it up a bit…don’t like the singer, but with the electronics and rain fx and surprise drum buildup, I imagine it’d sound nice on headphones on a lazy stoned Sunday morning in bed.

Turn It Down. I’ve listened to the album before, and I recall it being very Run Of The Mill . The songwriting and production on that one just don’t do it for me.

Matt Bellamy… either you love him or you hate him. Muse fans (such as myself) love him, everyone else hates him.

What do you all think of this from Paul? I love it:

Very trippy. Turn it up.
I don’t do threats but i love this song more than your parents love you. If there is a turn down. Prepare for being dragged out of bed, tased in the face and being beaten in the parking lot

You don’t scare me, Purplish one!! I say turn that song UP because it’s classic, and not because of your pathetic threats.
I suspect Sir Walter may find this band’s lone 1971 (double) album “Music To Eat” enjoyable – it’s kinda Phishy

Turn It Up! Like his voice, like the riff, and I like the song. I need to check out more of The Hampton Grease Band. From what I’ve heard about them they check off a lot of my boxes:
Atlanta band (Yes!)
Used to warm up Grateful Dead & The Allman Brothers (Yes!)
Often spoken in the same breath as my man Frank Zappa (YES!)
I can sort of hear the Phish connection, but when I think “Phishy,” I think of something like this. Especially at around 2:20

Turn up a notch or two. I like the densely-packed guitars-at-cross-purposes feel of certain 1974-6 Led Zep imitators that comes through. Still don’t think Grohl is a particularly notable drummer, tho…there was a lot more to Bonzo’s style than just “hit everything hard on every beat”.

Turn that up a notch, the hook and Steve’s singing are kinda catchy. I usedta see Cockney Rebel albums in used recshops in the 80s and 90s but never checked them out (not a huge glam fan)

Hmmm, on first listen I’d probably turn it down, but I know a few more listens I’d be turn it up, so leave it where it where.
This is a stonking great tune (imo). 1961. Billy Strange on guitar using a Red Rhodes fuzz box (probably only the second use of a fuzz box on record), and the great Charlie McCoy on harmonica. Easy to see why Johnny fell in love with this one…
