As it’s been put very aptly by somebody– I can’t find a proper source for the quote– ‘he’s not a tenor, he’s a mutation.’
The world record’s highest voice belongs to a man (I forget the name) and he can hit notes off the piano. There’s a video on Youtube. I found it quite impressive.
Only music can save us.

Are you kidding? That’s beyond ridiculous.
I learned the hard way that I shouldn’t trim my guitar strings too short or they won’t stay on My high E kept going flatter and flatter until it finally sighed and popped off altogether.

ahhh…I see you do break out of this forum every once in a while.
I would be pretty hard to make BBvideos if I didn’t break out once every blue moon.

Did you know that Marvel Comics once trademarked the word “zombie?”

Today I learned that Bob Dylan is coming to KC in June! Tickets are kind of expensive at the moment, but I really wanna go!
If you do go I hope you get him on a “good day”. Some concerts that he performs, hardcore fans walk out because it’s so terrible BUT the man’s band deserve awards for their amazingness and commitment!
I wanted to see him in Cork the last time he was here but I had rehersals for a play on. I was lucky as it turned out because it was a “bad show”.
Anyhoo, today I learned that humans have actually eradicated two diseases (I had previously thought it was only one- smallpox) but it turns out we’ve also cured rinderpest, an infectious viral disease that affected cattle, buffalo, giraffes, warthogs and others.
Well isn’t that interesting?

I wonder if you will be playing Piggies over and over in your mind while you’re there, @Evangeline.
I wonder what temperature that fire reached at its max. They should have been prepared with some marshmallows.

Today I learned that ‘rubber soles’ were invented by an Irish man- Humphrey O’Sullivan from Cork in 1896. The story goes that he worked in Massachusetts as a printer and he had to walk on a stone floor to feed the printing press. To ease his footsteps he lay down a rubber mat and his co-workers kept borrowing it. So he cut out two pieces of the rubber mat and nailed them to the soles of the shoes. Everyone thought it was genius and he decided to manufacture proper “rubber soled shoes”.
Coincidentally my favourite Beatles’ album owes its name to an Irish invention

Listen to hours of rehearsals of the ‘The Long And Winding Road ‘ from January 1969 and then then try and make that statement.

Oh, no, I said it was possible to tire of the Beatles. The Beatles Bible was not mentioned.
Anyway, I’m not going anywhere.
