No, he played it on Concert For George and probably still has it.

Apparently, Uncle Sam Day is a thing. In 1989, the birthday of Samuel Wilson (September 13) was declared a holiday by Congress.

EDIT: And yes, Ahhh Girl did lead me to find this out.

I learned that Paul looked awesome with silver hair.

In fact I vastly prefer it to his current violent shade of chestnut.

Do you like his hair shorter like it is in that video, @Beatlebug?

I like it any way but this:

paul-mccartney ! ! ! ! ! ! !

The moptop is preferable, in lieu this style also works well (another mullet, surprisingly, but somehow vastly better):

I learned that both of the above hairstyles would be considered mullets, but somehow, one is horrendous paul-mccartney while the other is actually kinda cool. a-hard-days-night-george-4

That’s certainly part of it, but I think it’s mostly the awful puffy fringe, as I’ve seen moustache-less Paul with the same hairstyle and it still looked dreadful.

Just learned For You Blue (which has three chords: D7, G7, and A7, except for the intro which has an E7) and Two Of Us

You also learnt that you should get

chord-songbook.jpgImage Enlarger

It has all the Beatles songs that they wrote which were on the studio albums, Past Masters or Anthology. It makes life a lot easier @Beatlebug. a-hard-days-night-paul-5

Why do I need that when I have the Internet and my ears? a-hard-days-night-george-10

Okay, fine, both could potentially be faulty… but so could the songbook. a-hard-days-night-paul-11

I’ve been through the book several times, and I only noticed one very small mistake with the lyrics (not with the chords). Even if the internet is correct (which it usually isn’t), having it all in a book format can still reduce the time wasted looking for a good website and greatly reduce the possibility of error.

The next time you see bad tabs online, don’t complain, the book’s for you and me.

I learned that I’m A Believer by The Monkees is in our school musical. I also learned how to use a triple beam balance.

Damn it, I wish school actually taught us something besides mathematics, stupid questions to a book we probably should be done with by now. Hearing “breathe in, breathe out” for 40 minutes usually doesn’t help blue-meanie

I guess I’ll have to look up Mamunia, but I’m busy with Wild Life right now.
