In Boston, potstickers are known as Peking Ravioli.  The reason why is that they were named that when introduced in the area to appeal to the area’s Italian immigrants.

That you would have to make £92.1 per year to live near the St. John’s Wood Tube stop (the nearest stop to Abbey Road Studios and 7 Cavendish Avenue).

The Magic Schoolbus theme is performed by Little Richard.

Makes sense. Piano is absolutely nasty.

Women who smoke during pregnancy are more likely to give birth to left-handed children.*

*this probably needn’t be said, but Necko does not endorse smoking during pregnancy.

From the book In My Father’s House:

As few as 5 percent of families account for half of all crime, and only 10 percent account for two-thirds.

This statistic is for the United States.

UK albums didn’t always have 14 tracks on them, with many bands issuing 12 or 13 track albums instead. Also, a couple of bands had a 14 track debut album but their subsequent albums only had 12 tracks, which would explain why no one criticized A Hard Day’s Night for only having 13 tracks.

If you're reading this, you are looking for something to do.

From @Joe’s Bowie Bible a-hard-days-night-george-10, I learnt the grand piano used on Hunky Dory (the album I’m looking into thanks to @TheWalrusWasBrian’ suggestion) is the same one our lads used on Hey Jude ! :

Beatles fans get offended when you mention the name of the man who killed John Lennon .

Did you learn this from experience?a-hard-days-night-ringo-14

I wouldn’t say I get offended, just depressed and mad, but not necessarily at the person mentioning the name.

Also thank you for not saying the name. (VOLDEMORT!)

Love one another.

A lot of people feel like you’re giving him what he wants when you say his name — a large part of his motivation for killing John was notoriety, and it worked. So Beatles fans avoid referring to That Man by name for that reason. mccartney-shrug_01_gif

Memories of my friends and I trying to sound philosophical: “if you have two bananas, do you have a human?”

Also, learned bout the Hinge Theorem yesterday. Basically it’s like a door, but a triangle, according to me.

” Guys, it’s a door, give me my nobel prize, i figured it out! “
