@Oudis, takes way more to offend me than someone not liking a song. Heck i said one you like would send me into a filled bath with a toaster plugged into the mains.

Glad to hear that, @meanmistermustard; relieved. But then again, Across the Universe as it was originally released or Across the Universe – Naked?

ATU originally released? ‘Let It Be ‘ album or the wildlife version that came out before? Regardless it would be LIBN as the others aren’t that good in my eyes; one being too fast with horrific backing vocals, the other far too slow and overproduced.

Obvious step. ‘The Long And Winding Road ‘ – Anthology 3 or ‘Let It Be Naked’?

Like both, but like Zeppelin more consistently.

Sting or Robert Plant vocals?

If I spoke prose you'd all find out, I don't know what I talk about.

You’re quite right @meanmistermustard; there are are three versions -but that’s why I posted links, for people to listen to them again. What are your thoughts on the wildlife version? (I prefer the naked one, like you)

Post Scriptum: I don’t remember Yellow Submarine , saw it for the last time ten years ago, with my daughter.

Like i said; too fast and has horrific backing vocals. It seems at times like we’re meant to say they are good because fans sung them, well sorry but they are ghastly.

Either trekking or good military boots. But you need socks, otherwise you’ll shout “I have blisters on my toes!” paul-mccartney

John before Yoko Ono or John after Yoko Ono?

Love the harmonies, but Drive My Car wins by a little.

Rubber Soul or Revolver ?

American hardboiled novels (Hammett, Chandler, Macdonald) or 21b Baker Street (Sherlock Holmes)?

EDIT: Hey Jude ! and I posted at the same time. Please answer to BOTH questions, his and mine. Yours truly, Oudis.

I’d go with Wings over 80’s+. Greater amount of good material.

21b Baker Street. I’m a huge fan or Sherlock Holmes and know nothing of American hardboiled novels (what is a hardboiled novel anyway?)

Always On My Mind. Pet Shop Boys (recently voted greatest cover of all time in a BBC poll) or Elvis?
