There’s a really cute story about John and the police.
If you ever go to Paul’s childhood home in Liverpool and do the tour, you will be shown that the back of their house faces the old police training centre. The McCartneys used to climb onto their shed and watch the police dog trials for free from the roof of their shed.
So anyhoo years later, John’s BFF, Pete Shotton decided to join the police force and at his passing-out ceremony, John was standing on top of the McCartney’s shed yelling “DON’T DO IT, PETE!!!”. And Pete replied with, “I’ll Get You , Lennon!!!!!”.

There’s also a cute story involving George and Dhani and the police that Dhani talks about in Living In The Material World . Apparently Dhani got in some kind of trouble with the cops, and George showed up and told the police to feck off.

Offline I was doing online French and there was a five-question true-or-false bit. I hadn’t read that part of the textbook and I didn’t have it with me, so I made random guesses for all the answers… and somehow I got them all right.
I may be in shock.
