I am currently uploading two large stacks of CDs onto my computer. I have all of The Beatles except for the Anthology, I have two Paul albums, I have one Fireman album, I have one George album, and I have a John compilation album. And for the sake of making an effort to branch out, I also have a Vince Guaraldi album, a Led Zeppelin album, and an Elliott Smith album.
Which Elliott album? I love him and his music so much 
I've been up on the mountain, and I've seen his wondrous grace,
I've sat there on the barstool and I've looked him in the face.
He seemed a little haggard, but it did not slow him down,
he was humming to the neon of the universal sound.

As for the Elliott album (the post is refusing to be quoted, sorry @QuarryMan ) it’s Figure 8, because I’ve read Simon vs the Homo Sapiens Agenda way too many times (I lied there is no such thing.) I basically just raided my dad’s music collection, grabbed all the Beatley stuff, and found a few other albums from other artists that I’ve heard good things about, just to experiment.

You’re in good hands. Son of Sam and Can’t Make A Sound are probably my 2 favourites on that album. If you like those, I’d check out Either/Or, it’s generally considered to be his best.

Also we are going to the bookstore today to get a present for my grandma and I’m plannning to actually buy some music this time. We’ll just have to see what they have…

Haha let me tell you about a brief period when I had TWO of the top ten positions!
Years later, with my posts spread pretty evenly between two accounts, and being a less frequent poster than most, there’s no chance I’ll ever make it there again, although I technically have over 7000 now…
