Very cool @Martha, I’m sure you will soon remedy the Pink Floyd problem.
I highly recommend you watch Live At Pompeii as soon as you can.

I’ve found a really cool (relatively new) Beatles channel on YouTube, it’s called The HollyHobs and every video explains the origin of a Beatles song in a humorous way (apart from that there are also features and specials but mainly song origins). Now, the videos won’t contain any new information for most of you but they are really creative, have a nice mix between footage and own contribution by the person who runs the channel, and the enthusiasm with which the videos are made is super cute and absolutely infectious! I was instantly in love with these sweet videos and therefore I thought I’d share the channel to give you the opportunity to fall in love as well.
Here’s a video as an example (the ending is especially good!):

I have edited sir walter raleigh’s post, removing the request to move the two posts, as it looks like an unanswered request otherwise. I should have done it earlier to avoid the confusion. Apologies.

I’m doing better. Originally I was planning on never returning to this forum but after seeing how much @Ron Nasty cares about me I’ve decided to come back, sort of. You see, I’m not going to be posting nearly as much as I used to because I was addicted and that was bad, very bad. So you might hear from me every Now And Then but nothing like before.

So, I have a two dilemnas right now:
1. The fabric I got for my Star Trek TOS Chekov costume is a bit more beige than yellow or gold. The con I’m going to is on September 30, so should I get a different fabric?
2. I’m hoping to get a Hofner bass for Christmas and use it in a Beatles tribute band maybe. I am right handed but would like to learn left handed. Left handed seems like the best choice, but I also like to be able to just play it. So, right handed with a left handed pick guard or left handed?

Good to see you posting again, @Dark Overlord. You know my thoughts, as I have already shared them with you. I hope this is a new beginning.
May I suggest a change of username to your @ name of GettingBetter, and leaving behind Dark Overlord? DO is, well, a little dark, while GB hopefully reflects where you are now. I am sure Joe and the mods would agree to that.
You might want to take a look at the Jeopardy Game, a new game will be starting on 1 October. Unfortunately, I won’t be a player, but the question master.

You’re back sooner than I thought. Good to hear from you. Perhaps this can be a cool opportunity to get a fresh start. Maybe it would be fun to make a new account, maybe not. Up to you.

No, sir walter, no new account. That would lead to a ban. However, as I’ve suggested, DO might consider becoming GettingBetter again.
