‘Phantom’ is great and so is Bugsy Malone.
Apparently the only place to see an excellent ‘Phantom’ is Australia because they don’t give a damn about the health and safety as regards the falling chandelier. Everywhere else kind of takes it slow and steady whereas Australia just drops it 😛
Because trcanberra mentioned Oliver, I now have ‘Who Will Buy?’ stuck in my head- it hasn’t been stuck there in over a year trc so I am very angry with you, although it is a great song (and I found a great version of it here, pardon the poor visual quality).

Offline I had a dream that I started a political party, three weeks before the Irish general elections and my party came 5th out of 8 parties (which isn’t bad for a Dark Horse ). I had my planned budget and everything done out in my dream and it was a well balanced, structured budget- I was quite pleased of it myself.
I also met Gerry Adams and told him to go ‘eff himself, so that was another dream accomplished in a dream.
Anyways, I was telling this to a friend of mine and she said that I’d be a good potential Prime Minister for Ireland (and the first female one at that).
So, I have to come up with a cool name, at the minute we’re the Fancy Dress Party but I don’t think the public would take to it nicely so let’s come up with an idea together.
Some examples of Irish political party names:
Fianna Fáil (The Warriors of Ireland…don’t ask)
Fine Gael (Tribe of the Irish)
Sinn Féin (Ourselves- the Republican party)
ReNua (New Era- a new, modern party, it should have an accent over the ‘e’ but anyways >.>)
Social-Democrats (obvious enough)
People For Profit/Anti-Austerity Alliance (another new one- a left wing party)
Now I’m more than happy to put our cool new party into Irish but an English name with enough pizzazz should do the trick. Any ideas?
And does anyone want to join my party?
