So your fear of planes has to do with if it starts falling and you plummeting to the ground. Does this fear affect you in any other situation other than a plane?

Nope, happens nowhere else,  know the stats on airplane crashes/deaths as well. And when younger it wasn’t an issue as i’ve been to Ireland, Spain (twice I think) and Malta and there was never an issue. Just something that came from somewhere 4 and a half years ago when I backed out of flying to Sweden the morning before take off.

That awkward moment when an ad has been showing up here for a while, is where one of my relatives are going to be working soon….

I disabled Google Adsence so I am getting two identical Credit report adds that don’t matter to me in the slightest.

I have an ad for Kayak.co.uk which for some reason has a sheep looking like an aeroplane.

Doesn’t that affect the little money @Joe gets from Google, which helps him with his running costs, @Starr Shine?? Myself, if the ads give Joe some money, and disabling them loses him money, I’m happy to put up with the ads.

I keep getting the ‘The Beatles – now streaming on some site which I now can’t remember but I think it started with an R’ advert.

Edit: I suddenly remembered, it was Rhapsody.

If you had to get erase a Beatles song form existence, which song would it be and why?

I would go with Wild Honey Pie since out of the songs I dislike, I feel that one has the least greater impact.

No surprises from me, it has to be ‘Hold Me Tight ‘. Total mess of a track where John and George sound utterly bored on backing vocals, the rhythm track doesn’t know if its meant to go fast or slow so does either whenever the hell it wants and Paul is trying so hard to make it work as a song it just becomes annoying. As many have said – if this is what got passed to be on ‘With The Beatles ‘ what on earth was deemed so bad it wasn’t deemed fit for purpose to be on ‘Please Please Me ‘. Maybe they felt having one irritating Paul track (‘A Taste Of Honey ‘) was enough.

I got my Beatles calender today- 4 years on and I’m still going!

It’s my first proper official one as well, it’s commemorating 50 years of Rubber Soul (and no I won’t state the obvious either). For all the Paulettes, January is just a massive picture of Paul with his dewey eyes- George is April. I wish they put them on their birth months seeing as they are all different but no that’d be too tricky for our ickle Apple-Heads so it would.

Anyhoo I bought it off a pop-up shop in a shopping centre in Galway which is closing in a few days- I got 40% off it (woohoo) and I bought the last one in the shop, you can’t say The Beatles aren’t popular! a-hard-days-night-george-9

They’d get them wrong if they tried so why bother in the first place.

If he really looked a lot like John Lennon they should have chose a picture that actually shows his face
