I mentioned this station…….. it’s one I found on my ‘box’…… all the cartoons……MMT…..Great stuff.
One complaint though, Why would you use the word ‘bitching’? It seems pejorative, judgemental, derogative, stereotypical, sexist and designed to devalue and de’Mean Mr McCartney, Harrison and Starr.
I wouldn’t use such a word in connection with Yoko without expecting it to immediately get Nasty and suffering Extra Testy complaints.
I shall write to my MP.
‘Bitching’ is used in a derogatory sense to mean ‘gossiping’, which is what G, P & R were doing- making snide comments about Yoko that they probably wouldn’t have said to her face.
There is no other word bar ‘bitching’ that I could think of to describe what they were doing- gossiping was too light-hearted.
I have no major problems with Yoko- I’m indifferent to her as I’ve previously said. Notice I said nothing mean about Yoko in my above comment.

I’ve not seen it without the usual ten items on it, topmost always being the Fab Forum and (usually) second-most the main page. Strange.

Offline It’s more a matter of not giving a false impression or misunderstanding – think George in the Anthology series explaining what getting pished means in the UK in case folk thinks it means the other.
Plus Yoko and the other Beatles can be a flamey subject at times.

Neither do I. But, a bunch (almost all) of my friends have it, and they keep asking me “Why don’t you have Netflix?”, because A) I use On Demand and B) I barely even watch TV

Offline And it has to be remembered that Ellie has the 3 kids to look after, which takes up time.
It must be a blessing at times that she can plop her eldest in front of the computer and tell him to do “Some website or other webby thing!” It nicely gets him out of the way when needed.
