Offline Sorry to bother y’all but I kinda have to vent my anger and depression a bit. I’m posting at school right now.
So the class that I didn’t request, AP environmental science is one of the worst classes that I’ve ever seen. The teacher is really spastic and mean and I don’t know anyone in that class. The people in that class are the weirdest most ill behaved people I’ve seen and there were even drug deals going on in class.
I’ve got to go right now but will fill in the rest later

I’m going to see if I can switch classes but I don’t know if I can. The counsellors and administration at this school aren’t the friendliest.
And the teacher is just really really weird. He even said this class will be a lot of work and you will not have a weekend because of this class. I’m taking 4 other AP classes so I’m going to have a lot of work regardless.

Offline Just dont attend the class. Sounds like it would be better than sitting thru the class with the idiots in the same room as you. Either that or secretly film the drug deals and stick the footage on youtube or send it anonymously to your local tv station.
There is probably a more diplomatic solution but im not in the mood for any of that.

There is probably a more diplomatic solution but im not in the mood for any of that.
Haha I wish I could just ditch the class. I would do that in a heartbeat.

^ Well you can just up and leave school then to avoid getting grounded you could the run way from home and live in the park and shave in the dark.

Believe me, I have contemplated that idea a lot. But I probably couldn’t even get off the school campus. Its basically prison. You can’t leave the rooms without being questioned by one of the yard duty who drive around the campus. Most people don’t even use the bathrooms because they get yelled at. Its not really the friendliest of places.
And even if I did ditch I don’t think my parents would care that much. I’m more afraid of the administration suspending me or something like that because they have done that to people who have ditched only once. I think this school year will probably be the worst ever.

I always found it interesting the security that schools have across the world. But, I guess American schools have to be more protective because of the shootings that have gone on in the past. Luckily we’ve never had one in Ireland, not even during The Troubles which is something amazing…
During my last year, I used to skip religion and career guidance classes (the first because the teacher hated me and thought I would convert everyone to Satanism or something just because I didn’t want to baptise any children I may have, the second because I knew what I wanted to do in college and I didn’t want to be wasting study time), walk out of school (in front of the cameras) and just walk home. I’d come back again about 40-80 minutes later and no one ever noticed despite the fact I’d been doing it for about 4 months 
.
I don’t have any advice as regards your trouble- could you ask your school can you study the subject you want at home? That’s what I did with French (the teacher was crap and the school would only let me study one language so I picked German) for the last 2 years, I studied it by myself.

Offline We paid almost $200 for a DVD a faculty member needs for a class this fall. You’d think the company could send it to us in a case that wasn’t broken. It’s just a piece missing off the bottom edge, but still. I’m glad we have some new cases on hand.
