@Oudis, ask us some “cultured” questions. I need to be pushed to think. I’m hanging out with people who went to and work at the top-name universities in this country. It can put a person in an elevated mind-set when around them.

Ah, but that is like telling someone “C’mon, be funny, amuse us!” –they won’t be able to, being funny is something you can’t control and is totally involuntary. So is asking “cultured” questions. I simply can’t do it on demand. If it’s any consolation I’ll post something in the soundtrack thread in a few minutes. Sorry!

Offline Probably something you shouldnt say out loud unless your 14 and a girl but i got Taylor Swift’s 1989 album from the library earlier. ‘Blank Space’ is a good song and its 85p from the library or 99p to download the song in crappier quality. ‘Style’ isnt too bad either so its already a bargain.
Listen to what you enjoy and if anyone mocks demand to spend 5 minutes going thru their own music library with the provision that you can post all the crap they listen to on their facebook page.
There is probably a thread for this but i have no idea where it would be or what the search words would come under. I’m not listening to it as I speak and i dont own the album as its not mine.

Hey, I’m in no position to mock anybody’s music choices. On my iTunes list, I have everything from Britney Spears (love Toxic) and Colbie Caillat to a Bach concerto for viola. I even like One Direction’s Story of My Life, although not enough to buy it.

Offline On the way to Timberland Lodge on Mt. Hood, I went through Zigzag, Oregon. I was wondering if @Zig had ever stopped to eat at this cafe or stayed at the Zigzag Inn across the street. 🙂

Offline @Linde – what a weird experience with that dude who said your mom had some type of paranormal purpose. He’s probably full of s**t, but just in case, can you ask your mom if she can summon a spirit who can provide the winning lottery numbers? It’s a simple test and she has nothing to lose!
@Ahhh Girl – never been to Zigzag, Oregon. I had to look it up on the map and saw it lies on the banks of the mighty Zigzag river. Hilarious!! I wonder if there is an Ahhh Girl, Alaska or something like that. Meanmistermustard, Montana? Joe, New Jersey?

I’m pretty sure she can’t, otherwise she obviously would have done that when I participated in the lottery last year!
That’s cool! Some places actually have really cool or funny names. I can recall having a discussion about this before, in this thread even, maybe. Someone came up with that long Welsh town.
There is a town called Linde in The Netherlands, btw. Never been there, but it exists.
