I think I’m the only one who isn’t notified when someone @s me? How Do You Do It ? Is it Something in settings?
Do you see the a list at the top of your page that looks something like this
You should see them (your @ notifications) without having to change any settings. In fact, I’m not even sure you can turn them off.?.? I’ll look and see if @Starr Shine? doesn’t already know the answer

While looking forward to greeting you on the rooftop, I really hope not. On your current count of 515, you’d need to post 475 times today/tomorrow to make it to the roof tomorrow. I doubt all those would be good!
Some people, as mentioned elsewhere, posted a lot of garbage to make it to the roof, and had many of us tearing our hair out. They shall remain nameless.
You’ve made it halfway in a month by making useful, intelligent and appreciated contributions to the forum – proving you’re far from a Silly Girl. Keep up the good work and you’ll join us on the roof soon enough.

Never fear, mods and rockers and otherwise. I would never stoop to such lows. After all, the Beatles wouldn’t put out a pot-boiler any-old-thing-would-do for a Christmas LP, so why should I try to get to the top in three days by posting 1,000 rubbish posts?

If you enjoy intelligent conversation on the forum that’s the way to go.
I feel partially responsible for the issue above. When AD40 and I joined we had a little ‘rooftop race’ as a joke, and the last 100 or so we’re not necessarily intelligent posts on our part.
We meant it as a bit of fun, and I apologize to anyone who was bothered. A few new members joined after seeing that and took the rooftop rank as the goal, not discussion. That lead to the Milestone shut down.
You’re posting meaningful discussion, so apples to you!
