Yip. My idea of hell is going to IKEA for a long period of time. I quite enjoy putting it all together, i hate going to their stores.
When we moved into this house some years ago I had over a dozen self-assemble items of furniture to put together. It started out as fun, ended up not so much a day or two later.

Offline Treat it as a huge jigsaw puzzle and put on some good music. I spent the time building it listening to John with just his guitar or piano run thru demos for tracks that would become those on either ‘Double Fantasy ‘ or ‘Milk And Honey ‘ and it was great fun. Always great to spend time listening to John in such an intimate setting.

Offline The meatballs and the hotdogs are fabulous. Definitely the highlight of the visit. Like after being flayed alive for 24 hours you get some serious painkillers to help sooth the agony.

Not really. I have been busy lately.
Anyone is able to make a BB story if they want to. People don’t need to have video or art skills, If an idea strikes anyone, they can write it and post the story to the Beatles Bible story thread. I really enjoy it when users get their creativity on.

Offline My current nail polish color just about matches the frames around the BB banner pictures of The Beatles. I didn’t plan it that way, but as soon as started using my phone after getting a manicure, I noticed the very close similarity. Hum, maybe that color had seeped into my subconscious mind.

A number of times. Being Welsh the ley lines sing to my blood whenever I am there. Also, be sure to check out Avebury which is not too far away. It has the world’s largest prehistoric stone circle by area and a crazy number of weird monoliths.
