Mmm, wasn’t really sure where to put this… if a modcan think of any place better… almost put it in Beatles News but that didn’t feel like quite the right thread, and it doesn’t deserve it’s own thread… Anyway…
American portrait photographer Sandro Miller has unveiled a project where he recreates many of the portraits that have influenced him over the years, using John Malkovich as his model, so we get to see Malkovich as Marilyn Monroe, Einstein, Andy Warhol… and John Lennon , as among the many portraits Miller wanted to recreate was Annie Liebovitz’s shot of a naked John clinging to a fully-clothed Yoko, taken on the day of John’s assassination.

Yeah, I saw that parlance had posted that somewhere else in these pages. I’m not sure why Miller or anyone else would think the world wants to see Malkovich’s ass. Maybe it’s just me.

Nah – Lily is waiting until software can be developed that will post her thoughts telepathically.

So, does anyone on here know anything about tablets? I’d like to buy a new one, 8 inch, not too expensive. What do you recommend?
Further to what Joe said I have a Nexus 7 (which of course is 7 inch not 8) but it is brilliant – so if they have something in the size you are after then check it out.

I think that once MMM gets to 10000, we should set a time where we all get together (virtually) and have a Forum party!! We could make a thread at that time and party out! People could bring some virtual food and drinks (or you could eat and drink party food in real life) and we could figure out tons of Forum party activity we could do!
If you can't log in and can't use the forum go here and someone will help you out.

Not my 10,000th post, thats elsewhere, but thought this should be posted. The site’s still here, no meltdown.
There is something poignant about the fact that you were the only one logged in when it happened. You had the place all to yourself for a moment or two.
Well done sir (seriously, shouldn’t he now be called Sir meanmistermustard?). 10,000 opportunities to educate and entertain. Thanks.
