Offline Only thing i know about tablets is that i take 4 1/2 tablets a day so i remain healthy-ish. After that not got a clue.

I got the iPad Air, but I wouldn’t have spent that kind of money if it weren’t required for my job. I would have rather gotten something like the Surface, with a USB port.

I’d wait and see what the new Nexus devices are like, rumoured to be announced in October. They’re normally very good, relatively cheap, reliable and not encumbered by bloatware like some other Android devices (I love my Nexus 4 because it’s pure Android rather than crappy Samsung TouchWiz or HTC Sense or whatever).
If you’re in the iOS ecosystem already I might consider an iPad, but I’ve really gone off Apple in the past few years. I still love OSX but whenever I use iOS I can’t believe how limited it is compared to Android. And their hardware is way overpriced.
