Offline Hey, you guys wanna know something weird and mildly interesting? You do? Great, because I’m about to tell you!
The Bath and Body Works scent Twilight Woods always makes me think of The Beatles.
Last summer, I deep-cleaned the house every spare chance I got, in preparation for a new roommate. And every time I clean, I do two things: light my little oil burner (and that was the only scent I had at the time), and play Beatles because I sing along and it makes it more enjoyable. So now whenever I light my oil burner, I get in the mood to listen to them! Talk about Pavlovian Conditioning, eh?

Offline Ok, I am just FREAKING HAPPY!!! I am a relatively new Beatles fan, and I got my FIRST ALBUM: Rubber Soul . I have a feeling it is the start of a collection 🙂 I am so happy I found it because it was hidden behind a bunch of other things in the store. I am just way too happy about it!!!!!!

BTW I'm watching The King's Speech and I'm literally in tears. I had to stop for a moment. What a beautiful film, not only because of Colin Firth.

Well first of all Colin Firth is one of my favorite actors, so I enjoyed his superb performance. I felt identified with Bertie's being embarrased and teased by a problem. I was really moved by that. And I didn't feel the movie tried to cheat me, I mean with typical music or cheap scenes to do it.
Whe moment I was watching was when Bertie shares with Lionel some painful memories for him, it was not like in a Hollywood film. It was well done.
BTW I have a little project about writing and Beatles, and the project will be named “Endless Rain ” because I remembered “Words are flying like an endless rain into a paper cup” and I like it. And I remember Joe's idea for that name of the company, Paper Cup.
So, what do you think guys? Endless rain sounds good? Of course it does.. it's a Lennon's line…
(The project is going to be a website. I can't explain, I can jinx it)

Offline I've never actually fallen asleep in class, but I came dangerously close during physics today.
Also, I accidently ate meat yesterday. (I was at a restaurant and I ordered a calzone. The sauce on the calzone was vegetarian, but there was a little bowl of sauce. When I asked if the sauce was vegetarian, I think the waitress misunderstood me.) 🙁
