I don’t think a charity auction for a meet with Paul counts!

Well then, I resort back to my first one.
Which is funny, because that’s the official price. And sadly, I bought it anyway.
Of course, I can buy anything with my unlimited amounts of money…

Guess what, they are both being offered by CV Trading Corp US.
At least they haven’t limited their rip-off’s just to DVD’s, they are doing it with CD’s as well with their 1987 Abbey Road cd going for £35.12. All of their cd’s and dvd’s seem to be the last copy they have in stock.
Bloody hell, it gets worse. £433.38 for A Hard Day’s Night [DVD] [1964] [Region 1] [US Import] [NTSC]
Nobody is forced to buy these but flippin’ heck.

On a non Beatles related note, people are putting phones and tablets with the now dead Flappy Bird on them up for ridiculous prices on eBay.

All this supposed money yet you ignore my posts about a loan!!
So to be mean what you posted is the actual price, a rip-off admittedly but the RRP. These dvds, cds and books (All These Years going for £1k) are vastly inflated mark-ups by other sellers of material that is available to purchase for much much less elsewhere.

If you have a device with Flappy Bird sell it, make a fortune on it, and then buy a replacement. I’ve never played it as it looks dreadful and a waste of time.

What is that Flappy Birds? I heard it had failed, but I still have no idea what it is. Anything to do with Angry Birds (which is a computer game, isn’t it?)?

Flappy Bird is an addictive game for phones/iPods where you navigate a little bird through a bunch of pipes.
The developer took it off the App Store at the height of its popularity. Apparently he was getting death threats from people who were mad that they sucked at the game.

^^ Oh right, okay. Bit extreme, isn’t it? Why is it that there’s people who’s reaction to not being good at something is to send death threats to its creator?

Simply put, because people are idiots.

OK I GOT POSTING TO WORK ONCE, but it’s still not displaying the normal posts, and I only got this by quoting Linde.
So, none of the post buttons are working for me, nor are Quote, Thank, PM, or Report. I also can’t send PMs because the buttons don’t work. Thanks
Oh, and roll back sucks, I’m below 800 again

20 years ago the greatest comedian I have seen in my lifetime, Bill Hicks, succumbed to pancreatic cancer at the age of 32.
His was a revolutionary, incredibly important voice that was welcomed more here in the UK than in his homeland of America.
He didn’t just tell jokes but explored the world he saw through comedy. He had a philosophy and made you think.
I wanted to share a couple of clips appropriate to this site.
In this first one, part of a routine about drugs, he talks about The Beatles (warning: some bad language)…
This second one gives his view of life, and it’s a view I can see George and John agreeing with…
My thoughts are with your dog, Zig…

I got that when it first happened and it soon sorted itself. Glad its sorted for you.
If you get any issues when using the forum its best to post in the Weid Things Happening On The Forum thread so Joe can easily find any problems folks are having as well as keeping everything together.
