I remember the only time university shut down (at least when I was there) because of the weather was on April 1. It was hilarious, because not only were there signs saying “Class Is Canceled” but right underneath “This Is Not A Joke.”

Offline Yeah snow days are nice, my whole city was basically shut down so I didn't have to go to work, which is always nice.
Back to reality though, looks like things are really heating up (no pun intended) in Egypt, the pro-Mubarek crowd has been throwing molotov cocktails at the anti-Mubarek protesters and no one knows when their fighting will cease.

Offline I'm a math nerd, so I sort of enjoy trigonometry, sines and tangents and all. One of the easier units. Close Von it's Soh cah toa, the pronounciation was right but the lettering is kind of important.

Offline I don't have trig, otherwise I would help. The closest our school gets to having trigonometry is the trig section in our geometry book. I'm good at math but I hate it so much. My subject is history. I love history classes of any type. (Including government even though I hate politics. I actually have government right now and I enjoy it a lot.)

Offline So, I just got done with my math homework for tonight, which was review of the trig unit for precalculus, and then I see this. 
Math is definitely not my favorite subject, I like biology.

Offline It's 5C/41 F right now. You can say this cold is no cold.
But feeling that cold in one of the most humid cities in the world, is AWFUL. No matter how many layers of clothes I have, the damn stupid cold gets into the bones. I hate it. I'm wearing sweatpants, pants, 2 tshirts, a sweater and a jacket. I'm inside my house. I'm drinking warm milk. And I still feel like if I were naked on the street.
