Offline I am a big fan of a couple of Welsh comedian called Milton Jones and Rhod Gilbert. Their styles are totally different- Milton Jones uses one liners and wordplay, whereas Rhod Gilbert goes on furious rants about inane subjects like buying duvets.

Offline Laptop knackered so getting used to the forum on the iPod, keep pressing wrong buttons and I think I’ve subscribed to 3 or 4 threads.
I really like Tim Vine, mostly word play and jokes that are deliberately meant to make you groan. Very funny. Also like Lee Mack so watch a comedy called Not Going Out starring both.

Offline My favorite comedian is Ellen DeGeneres. I’m such a loser I seriously watch her everyday after school. I don’t know why I do that either, because usually it’s only like the first fifteen minutes of her show that’s so great. I don’t care who she’s interviewing because I don’t know who most of those people are.

Offline No, the pathetic part is the fact you consider Ellen DeGeneres a comedian. She isn’t. She’s a talk show host, who occasionally makes a joke. You wouldn’t consider someone who drives someone else’s car because that person couldn’t to be a chauffeur, would you? Or, if I parked really shitty, and my friend decided to fix my position, would you consider him a valet? No.

Offline Oh my gosh. That was actually pretty funny. I don’t think what she does on her show makes her a comedian. I like her as a comedian because of her stand up. My dad always has on some crazy channel that plays that stuff.

Offline I hated her ’90s sitcom the few times I watched it, but thought she was pretty funny when she hosted the Oscars a few years back.

Offline I have never seen either of her sitcoms, and I don’t think I want to see them, either. I don’t think I have ever heard someone say they actually liked them. Her second one only lasted a year, so that kind of says a lot.

Offline I just realized how kid friendly a few songs on ‘Yellow Submarine ‘ are. I was listening to it in the car today and just now in the other room I hear my 4 year old niece singing “All together now, all together now…..all together now” That was the cutest thing ever

Actually she is a comedian! Well…she used to be at least. She started out as a stand up comedian in the 80’s,which is how her show came about.
Try to realize it's all within yourself, no one else can make you change....
