Stardust, the upcoming Bowie biopic about his first US trip, looks like a total car crash if the first trailer is anything to go by…
Johnny Flynn looks nothing like him, and sounds even less like him than he looks. Jena Malone (playing Angie Bowie), an American, decides to give Angie a British accent even though Angie was American.
No wonder Bowie’s family don’t approve of the film and refused the use of his songs, meaning “Bowie’s” performances in the film are all of songs the real David was covering at the time.
