If there is a land that has not been tainted with heart-disease, don’t worry. We’ll be along with high-cholesterol heart-attack-inducing dietary delights as soon as we can armed with a deep-fat frier, whiskey and irn-bru (we need to be pissed (aka drunk) to eat it and then the irn-bru washes away the taste).

Offline Hey everyone, in case you haven’t been a part of this great Bracket challenge that I’ve been running, we are about to finish round two, which means we have some really tough matchups ahead, so we need as many BBers voting as possible. Yes, I LOVE deep fried Oreos! I get them at the local fair more or less every year, and they are heavenly every time.
We have a lot of deep-fried stuff around here, too. Because of the aforementioned fair, I’ve indulged in more than a few odd things. Last year I think it was, I had a deep-fried chicken foot for the first time. I think I ingested a fair amount of bone fragments.
Come to think of it, there have been a lot of both weird fried and non-fried things. Every year there’s new food, and everyone seems to be trying to one-up each other. There’s been scorpion pizza, prairie oysters and donut holes, red velvet corndogs, Flamin’ Hot Cheetos frogs legs…
